1. Leave M62 at Junction 24.

2. Slip road runs into a dual carriageway, which leads to a roundabout, leave by the second exit, A629, signed Halifax and Elland.

3. Follow this dual carriageway downhill and keep on the dual carriageway until it runs into a single carriageway, following the signs for Halifax town centre.

4. You will pass "The Millers" hotel on the left, up the hill and along a dual carriageway into the Halifax town centre.

5. Running alongside the "Halifax plc" Head Office and facing the Victoria Theatre turn left at the traffic lights up a hill to traffic lights at a roundabout.

6. Go straight across following the A629 (Keighley)

7. Keep following the A629 (Keighley)

8. As the dual carriageway comes to an end at the traffic lights turn left, signed "Calderdale Business Park", up a further dual carriageway, called "Ovenden Way", (through a housing estate)

9. At the top of the hill, there are two mini-roundabouts, turn right, in front of the Catholic Church, this is Nursery Lane.

10. The Ridings School is about 200 metres down the hill on the left.

Directions to The Ridings School from the M62 (from Leeds area) on the A58

1. Leave M62 at the first sign for Halifax - the A58.

2. Follow the A58 signs which will bring you into the centre of Halifax where you will come to a large roundabout with traffic lights.

3. At the roundabout you need to pick up the A629 signed for Keighley.
